Biomedisa, a free and easy-to-use open-source online platform developed for semi-automatic segmentation of large volumetric images. The segmentation is based on a smart interpolation of sparsely pre-segmented slices taking into account the complete underlying image data.

The Biomedical Image Segmentation App (Biomedisa) is a web application for the segmentation of 3D images, e.g. CT and MRI scans, at Heidelberg University and HITS. It can be used in addition to segmentation tools like Amira and ImageJ/Fiji.
